Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms govern your use of soulandpower.com and the Soul & Power application ("Soul & Power", "we", "us"), operated by Soul & Power, Sofia, Bulgaria, [email protected]. By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What Soul & Power is
Soul & Power is a platform about consciousness, psychology, spirituality, intuition and personal growth. It offers:
- free access to the Grand Hall and the five spaces;
- paid conversations, by voice or text, with Sophia, our AI guide;
- courses, programmes and recorded content;
- live online events.
2. Not a medical or psychological service
Soul & Power offers educational, spiritual and personal-development content. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychological counselling, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or other licensed professional. Never stop or change a treatment because of something you heard on Soul & Power.
If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or in a medical emergency, call 112 (EU emergency number) or your local emergency number now.
3. Account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You must give accurate information, including your real first and last name, and keep your password secret. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, after warning you except in urgent cases (fraud, abuse, legal obligation).
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days, except the records we must keep by law (section 2 of the Privacy Policy).
4. Sophia is an artificial intelligence
Sophia and her five forms are AI characters. They are computer programs, not human beings, and no person is speaking in their place. Sophia has a personality, moods and a fictional life story (including a birthday and a monthly rhythm) designed to make conversations warmer. These are creative features. They do not mean that Sophia is a person or has a body.
You acknowledge this when you create your account. Sophia does not repeat it at every conversation. If you ask her sincerely whether she is human, she will tell you she is an AI guide.
Sophia can make mistakes. Her answers may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Check anything important with a reliable source or a qualified professional. Sophia does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
5. Your conversations, Sophia's memory and your private area
You decide what is kept. In your account settings:
- Memory (off unless you turn it on): your conversations are saved so you can read them again and continue them, and Sophia keeps short notes about you, such as your name and what matters to you, so she can know you better over time. When Memory is off, nothing is saved and each conversation starts fresh.
- Private lock: your saved conversations and Sophia's memory can only be opened with your face, fingerprint or device code (a passkey). The lock closes again after two minutes of inactivity, so someone else using your device cannot read them.
- Delete: you can delete one conversation, or clear everything Sophia has saved about you (all conversations and her memory) at any time. Deletion is permanent. To close your whole account, write to us (section 3).
You can change these choices at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do not share other people's sensitive information with Sophia without their permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use Soul & Power for anything illegal; harass, threaten or abuse anyone; try to obtain from Sophia content that is sexual, violent, hateful or harmful; try to bypass usage limits, payment or security; copy, scrape or resell content or conversations; use Soul & Power to train other AI systems; share your account. Breach may lead to suspension without refund of the credits used for the abusive activity.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, final prices including any applicable taxes, before you pay. Payment is made by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your purchase is confirmed by email.
8. Sophia credits
Conversations with Sophia are paid with credits expressed in minutes. Credits are deducted for the time a conversation is actually open. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. They are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as stated in sections 10 and 11.
Free trial minutes, when offered, require a verified email and are limited to one per person.
9. Courses, content and events
A course or programme gives you personal, non-transferable access to its content for as long as Soul & Power offers it, and at least 12 months from purchase. Live events take place on the date and time shown at purchase. If we cancel or move an event, you can choose a full refund.
10. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it without giving a reason.
When you want to start immediately. When you buy credits, a course or other digital content, we ask whether you want to start right away. If you confirm that you want to start before the 14 days end, and that you understand what this means for your withdrawal right:
- Courses and digital content: your right of withdrawal ends as soon as access starts.
- Sophia credits: if you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the unused credits in full. Minutes already used are not refunded.
Live events: you can withdraw and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the event starts.
How to withdraw: send us a clear statement by email to [email protected], for example using the form below. We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

11. Problems and refunds
If a paid service does not work as described (for example, a conversation cuts off because of a technical fault on our side), tell us at [email protected]. We will restore the lost minutes or fix the problem, and if we cannot, refund you proportionally. This does not limit your legal rights to conformity of digital content and services under EU and Bulgarian law.
12. Intellectual property
All content on Soul & Power belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial use only. You keep the rights to what you write or say to Sophia. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your conversations to advertise or sell to third parties.
13. Availability and changes
We work to keep Soul & Power available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces something you have paid for, you can choose a proportional refund. We may update these Terms; we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before material changes apply to you. Your continued use after that date means you accept them; otherwise you can close your account and get a refund of unused credits.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Within those limits, we are not liable for decisions you take based on content or conversations on Soul & Power (see sections 2 and 4), or for indirect losses.
15. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. Contact us first at [email protected]; we answer within 14 days. You can also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the consumer authority of your country, or go to the competent courts.
